Since 1961 the Alabama Chapter 43 of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) has been the best resource for the real estate management professional in the state. With its network of members in all fields of real estate, the chapter is responsive to the needs of real estate management professionals. The Alabama Chapter is a professional organization comprised of individuals with a common interest in the management of real estate.

The Alabama Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management shall promote and assist members to achieve and maintain the high standards of professional property management through education, ethical guidelines, sharing best practices, and enhancing the integrity of the designations of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
