Chapter Offerings
2012 Region 5 Joint Education: MS, LA and Alabama Chapter No. 43 of IREM are offering three updated courses on asset analysis from February 27th – March 2nd, 2012 to at the MS Association of REALTORS® building in Jackson, MS. The courses, which build knowledge of asset analysis, are “Investment Real Estate Financing and Valuation – Part One,” “Part Two” and “Part Three.” They are open to real estate managers at all levels and can be used to fulfill the education requirements for individuals seeking the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation, Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) certification, and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) certification.
ASSET ANALYSIS COURSES:
Investment Real Estate Financing & Valuation – Part One (ASM603) and
Investment Real Estate Financing & Valuation – Part Two (ASM604) and
Investment Real Estate Financing & Valuation – Part Three (ASM605) and
HP10BII Financial Calculator Required: The HP10BII financial calculator is required for the Asset Analysis courses.
Laptop Computer Strongly Recommended: In addition to the use of the calculator, course materials include a review on how to use the IREM Financial Analysis Excel® Spreadsheet to facilitate hands-on learning in the classroom. Students who wish to maximize their course experience are advised to bring a laptop to class.
